I am a fully qualified and experienced counsellor in private practice. I work within the ethical guidelines of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I work on a one to one basis and with couples. My client base consists of self referrals, corporate work and Employee Assistance Programmes. I will support you in developing a sense of responsibility for your own needs and finding appropiate ways of meeting them. Some of the problems faced by clients can include:- stress, loss of confidence, relationship breakdowns, bereavement, abuse and depression.

During the first session at the 20/20 club I was able to make contact with another business associate who saw my skills as a way of strengthening their service. Another member has chosen to work with me in co-creating a ' life enhancing ' workshop.
I see the 20/20 club as identifying business needs and offering ways of meeting them in a mutually supportive and enjoyable network.
